DescriptionTaken from Main Street, this view of the Training Green shows the paved path (later removed) and the granite curbing (donated by the Kingston Sons of Temperance when the monument was erected in 1883) at the base of the Civil War Soldiers Moument. The Town House, and the houses at 18 and 20 Green Street, can be seen in the background.
